Centering in Vitality: Opening to three natural laws for sourcing collective power (online)

In the face of disruptive change, how can we center into our innate vitality, moment-by-moment? How can we navigate complex power dynamics in our every-day interactions, while sourcing our collective powers to co-create futures where we all get to be alive, well, and free?  How can we disrupt the politics of extraction, exploitation, and exclusion and cultivate a politics of flourishing?

Inspired by Howard Thurman, Thich Nhat Hanh, Robin Wall Kimmerer and other luminaries, we will engage in a guided somatic practice to center in vitality.  We will then explore how an inner-compass, the “Vitality Triangle,” can help us meet these challenges, guide our inner work, and advance awareness-based system change by embodying, embedding, and emplacing three principles of vitality in living systems: liberty, reciprocity, and integrity.

Suggested donation: $20. Donate here and register for the program here. Registered participants will be emailed a Zoom link before the first session.
